• The Pine View Package Price in 8”x8” “D” tongue and groove full log is $102,159 plus tax of $5,130 for a total of $107,289.

• Forced air heat and central air with labor $6,000.

• Let’s start with the building permit. $436 is pretty common, the price can range from $25 to $6,500.

• Electrical labor and materials are $6,000. Remember we include an $850 lighting allowance for light fixtures in the standard package.

• To dig and backfill your basement will cost about $2,800. If you are in rock or clay, it will be more. Tree removal will also be extra.

• We have a $2,000 wood flooring allowance in the package, but you will still need to purchase an additional $7,280 more in carpet, tile, etc.

• Most concrete basements with footings and foundation insulation for the house will be around $9,196. Drain tile will add more, if your lot requires it.

• The labor to stone the fireplace is $3,600.

• This is a full log home example, but the interior partition walls still need wall coverings like knotty pine tongue and groove and drywall. Typical costs for this will vary depending on how much of each are used, but let’s estimate $3,994.

• The general carpenter labor should cost $58,240. This could be high or low depending on your area, and how much you want to do yourself.

• $5,500 is the plumbing figure including the water heater. Remember the fixtures, tub, sinks, stainless steel kitchen sink, faucets, etc. are in the standard package price. Check out our display area.
